West Coast Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support during all stages of the sales cycle
• First-level post-sale technical support
• Interface between customer and product management/engineering to provide customer requirements and escalate technical issues
• Identify, develop and deliver product/feature demonstrations and training
• Leads technical aspects of large solution engagements

• Expert in TCP/IP
• Pre-sales and post-sales experience
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years industry experience
• Highly desired: Working knowledge of CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and HTTP
• Highly desired: Perl, TCL and/or Python scripting knowledge

Technical Support Engineer

Santa Clara, CA
Provide post-sales support for SwiftTest's line of storage testing products.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about SwiftTest's products and functionality
• Troubleshoot customer tests
• Develop tests for customers
• Train customers on specific features

Experience/Education:

• Required: extensive TCP/IP expertise
• Desired: IP storage and/or test tool experience
• BSCS and 3+ years experience or MSCS and 1+ years experience
