CEO
Clay is an experienced CEO and sales and marketing executive. Clay has worked at Fortune 500 companies (Fairchild, Philips and Adaptec), and at start-ups (Plus Logic, RadioLAN, and DRC). For the last few years, Clay has been CEO of Silicon Valley Consulting, working with colleagues who share his passion for building highly valuable companies with highly effective management teams.
He is also currently serving as chairman of Fiddle Games. He has a BSAE from Purdue University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
VP of Marketing and Founder
Alan has held senior marketing leadership roles at Spirent and Cisco, and worked at start-ups that include Octel Communications and Caw Networks. At Spirent, Alan was responsible for product management and product marketing for the Avalanche, Triple Play, and Access product lines, which generated $80M+ in revenue. Alan has an MBA from Santa Clara University with Distinction, an MSCS from Dartmouth College with Honors, and a BA from New College of the University of South Florida.
CTO and Founder
Leonard Sheiba, CTO and VP of Engineering, is an experienced engineering leader and entrepreneur. Leonard has founded three start-ups targeting networking and telecom markets. Most recently, Leonard was CEO and founder of 3Play Networks, an engineering consulting company providing networking and telecommunications expertise. Prior to 3Play Networks, Leonard was president, CTO, and founder of VoIP pioneer Thinking Voice, and was VP of Engineering and founder of CoreTek. Earlier in his career, Leonard was a staff engineer at Octane, project manager at Carl Zeiss/Alergan and a software engineer at Guzik Technologies, where he developed hard disk drive testing equipment. Leonard has an MS Physics and a BSEE from St. Petersburg School of Electrical Engineering, Russia.
Warren Bell
VP of World Wide Sales
Warren is a sales executive with over 24 years experience and an extensive background in enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support at the enterprise software company, Cenzic. Under his leadership, Cenzic has become the category leader in Web Application Security Software. Previously, Warren held sales leadership positions at Visionael, Collation (acquired by IBM), CenterRun (acquired by Sun Microsystems), BackWeb Technologies (successful IPO), Remedy Corporation and Software Publishing Corporation. |
