SwiftTest provides a range of Professional Services offerings that includes training, test development, and testing services. SwiftTest Professional Services extends the reach of the SwiftTest product line, helping customers get the most from their investment by enabling them to improve testing efficiency and maximize the ROI of their investment in SwiftTest products.

Services at a glance:

The training component of SwiftTest services helps customers perform test development, test execution, results analysis, troubleshooting, and test automation. Hands-on training means better test results faster, thanks to optimum use of the SwiftTest tools and well-designed tests that are tuned perfectly for a customer's environment.

QuickStart 3-Day Training
QuickStart is for new customers who to want to accelerate the integration of SwiftTest products into their testing process. The goal is to give customers an introduction to the SwiftTest appliances, the Test Development Environment and to working with tests. This 3-day onsite program includes:

• Validation of your installation.
• SwiftTest product classroom-style training with labs. The training includes basic instruction on test development, test execution, results analysis, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Working with your test team to begin converting your existing tests to the SwiftTest environment.

At the end of the 3 days, your team will have tests running on your SwiftTest product, and will be capable of developing new tests and converting the rest of your existing test suite. The QuickStart program is designed for up to 10 participants.

Advanced Training
For more advanced training, SwiftTest will set up custom sessions to include topics specific to meeting your individual needs. You might be interested in:

• Taking SwiftTest product training out to a larger team
• Deep dive into running and evaluating load tests
• Designing load, metadata, connection, and navigation tests
• Understanding protocol flows
• Managing and running tests over multiple SwiftTest systems

You can choose to add on advanced training to our test development services or onto your QuickStart training.

SwiftTest offers technical services for existing customers. For QA and development teams needing custom tests, SwiftTest will write tests according to a customer's individual requirements. Development services also include test conversion and test tuning for your specific environment.

Test Creation
SwiftTest will develop tests specifically for your device(s) under test. We can also automate all of these tests and integrate them into your automation framework. The analysis of the results can be automated, and defects can be automatically logged in your defect tracking system. We can create a full range of tests:

Test Conversion
You have a suite of tests already, but now you want to convert them to run in the SwiftTest environment. We can analyze your existing test suite, develop the equivalent tests in the SwiftTest environment, and integrate them into your automation framework.

Test Tuning
You have tests running in the SwiftTest environment, but you're not generating the load you need. We can analyze your tests and the test results, and implement improvements to more effectively stress your devices under test. This will allow you to uncover defects and discover the true performance limits of your products more quickly.

SwiftTest also offers testing services for companies that do not own SwiftTest products but need storage system evaluation. If you wish to validate a purchase or understand capacities of existing storage systems, but don’t have the capability or expertise to do so, call on SwiftTest to perform the tests. SwiftTest develops the test plan, executes the tests using SwiftTest products, and delivers a report with detailed analysis and recommendations.
